  • Sessions are delivered via Zoom (preferred), phone, or in-person (within Melbourne only and subject to availability)
  • A travel surcharge may apply for in-person sessions (charged by time + km, in accordance with NDIS pricing rules and agreed upon in advance)
  • Travel time is billed separately from the 5-hour package
  • Available to self-managed and plan-managed participants only
  • Not suitable for NDIA-managed participants
  • A short service agreement will be provided before invoicing
